CHILLCORE CDU

The Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU) is the hydraulic heart of rack-level liquid cooling architecture. It manages the flow, pressure, temperature, and distribution of coolant between the heat source and the heat rejection system. The heat source can be tank return or directly from the chilled plates in chip cooling systems.

Chillcore CDU provides rack-level thermal management, scalable flow distribution, redundant pump options, monitoring and control integration, and heat recovery compatibility.

It can be installed as a standalone unit or integrated into immersion cooling or DC cooling systems.
