The high temperature difference (ΔT) between the coolant supply and return ensures more efficient heat transfer per unit flow. This reduces the required mass flow rate, lowers pumping energy, increases heat recovery potential, and allows for a more compact secondary cycle design.
Chillcore systems are designed and manufactured to optimize ΔT within safe operating limits that balance thermal performance, equipment reliability, and overall system efficiency.

Poor hydraulic design leads to pressure imbalances, reduces heat transfer efficiency, and increases pump energy consumption. Chillcore designs hydraulic loops that maintain balanced flow at all stages, from the tank or cold plates to the CDU and then to the heat removal system.
